More about Maiah:

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) dedicated to supporting adult individuals through life’s complexities. With a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate your needs.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, rooted in an attachment lens and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic practices. I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-worth, guilt and shame and life transitions. Together, we’ll create a collaborative, supportive space to explore what’s showing up for you at a pace that feels right.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy staying active and connected to nature. My recent hobbies include playing pickleball, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors.

The Space

Soft light, quiet energy, cozy blankets, and something warm to sip on—this space is here for you to show up just as you are. Whether you’re here to slow down, process, or simply take a moment to breathe, you’ll be met with care and a process that moves at your pace, in person or online.

Cozy living room with two pink chairs, a navy couch, a large abstract painting, wooden coffee table, and a decorative plant. Natural light comes from a small arched window.
